Clifton Psychotherapy

and Counselling Services

Hello and welcome.

Here at Clifton Psychotherapy we offer professional Counselling, Psychotherapy, Training and Supervision.

We work with individuals, couples, young people and groups.

With our main practice rooms situated in the exclusive suburb of Clifton; an area renowned for some of the most prestigious therapeutic services in the South West. We are centrally based, and within easy reach of the majority of Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Our practice extends to the neighbouring town of Portishead where we offer practice rooms with disabled access. This is also ideal for anyone a little further afield, or those preferring to work outside of the city.

We are fully insured to visit you at your home or place of work; for therapy, training or workshops.

We also offer therapy via telephone, email or online, for clients overseas, housebound or those who merely wish to receive therapy in this way.

People come to counselling for many different reasons. At Clifton Psychotherapy we pride ourselves on having our finger on the pulse of all the latest psychological developments and interventions, and are continuously updating our skills with the most up to date and in-demand therapies.

In our many years of working with clients experiencing pain, anxiety, depression and distress we have found that the key to a successful therapeutic outcome is in finding the right therapist for the individual client (even more so in many cases, than the type of therapeutic intervention itself).

Coming to therapy can mean many different things to many different people.
It can help you deal a variety of difficulties such as:
• life or career changes
• relationship problems
• coping with loss or bereavement
• stress
• anxiety

Therapy can also help us to understand ourselves, a family member or loved one that may have a neurological diversity i.e.

• Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD, Asperger’s, Autism)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

or any other form of Neuro Diversity.

Here at Clifton Psychotherapy, we welcome all genders, faiths, sexual orientations, disabilities, neurological impairments or any similarities or differences that a person may struggle with at any given time in their lives.
